Quality Hand Made - Hand Painted All Plastic Glide Bait
The Dunwright Dancer is a new look in glide baits. With a quick tap of your pole the Dancer will swing a full 180 degrees. This extreme action gives you lots of movement on "the spot" without moving the Dancer out of the strike zone.
The Dunwright Dancer works best with a quick down-up movement with your pole. This is easiest to do with the pole pointed down in front of you. You do not need to pound on the Dancer to get it really move. Just an easy tap will give you much better action than if you jerk it hard. Position the pole at about 8:00 o'clock and give it a quick downward twitch and just as quickly return to the 8:00 o'clock position.
The Eyes! Predator fish use the eyes of their prey as the focal point for the strike. The Dancer has excentuated three dimensional eyes . It will always be easy for the Musky to zone in on, even in extremely low light conditions.
Mix it up! Don't get into the habit of constant cadence. Mix two or three quick taps (giving back slack line quickly) with at least a 2 or 3 second pause. The Dunwright Dancer will slowly sink on the pause with a wobble and flash as it sinks. The pause is just as important as all of the movement.
Because the bait slowly sinks on the pause and rises slightly with each tap, it can be worked at any level in the water column. As you get used to the amount of pause to compensate for the rise from taps, you can count the Dancer down to whatever depth you want and start "Tap Dancin".
