The box itself is made from  the same material used in plumbing pipes.  If you have ever worked with this material, you know how tough it is.  We chose white as the color for the box for two reasons; first, white is the best for seeing lures against the outside of the box, and it makes a huge difference for seeing lures inside the box. The second reason is that white will not absorb heat from the sun.  Soft rubber baits do not mix well with heat.

Any lure compartment in the box will slide easily into slots on the outside of the box. This spreads everything out so you can see lures inside the box very easily, and gives you instant access to your "starting line-up" on the outside of the box. Each box size will allow you to remove every other lure compartment from the inside of the box, and hang them on the outside.  The lure compartments are made from P.E.T.G.  This is an extremely tough and perfectly clear material.  Do not confuse P.E.T.G. with acrylic, although they look alike,  P.E.T.G. Is much more durable.  All of the joints in both the box and the lure compartments are solvent joined.  Solvent softens the material where the two pieces come together.  When the solvent dissipates,  the two pieces literally become one.

Each lure section easily accommodates two baits, and each bait has its own hook hole.   Each lure is suspended by one of the hooks through this hole on either side of a lure section.  As a lure hangs on its own weight, it causes a second hook to swing under the angled top.  This locks the lure in place making it nearly impossible to shake loose.

Our standard lure compartment has three sections. Each section is 3.25'" wide by 2" deep by 13.5" (tall box) 11.25" (short box).

Two sizes available in two heights:

10 compartment, at least 60 lures:  Any 4 compartments can go outside the box.

7 compartment, at least 42 lures:   Any 3 compartments can go outside the box.

We received enough calls for a shorter box that we added one to the line in both sizes.  All other dimensions are exactly the same.  This new shorter version will fit nicely under most casting decks, and into more storage compartments.  We simply removed the under lure storage area and shortened the box by 2 inches to a total height of 13 inches.  You can still fit 10 inch Jakes or the big Believer into this shorter box.

Pictures of clear objects don't always show the detail we would like.  Here is an illustration of the Spinner bait compartment. It takes the place of any standard compartment and can also be placed on the outside of the box.  We have added a new bucktail compartment to the line.  This specialty compartment increases capacity for bucktails to 9 lures per compartment.  Any Lure compartment can go inside or outside of the box.
